Mission-Critical Trades
We build what
keeps the cloud
running.
Davisel supplies vetted plumbers, mechanical labor, and critical-environment cleaning crews built for one thing: getting your data center piped, wired, spotless, and live — on schedule.

Skilled Hands — Always On Call
Piping & Chilled Water
Licensed plumbers maintain the chilled-water loop and valve sets from the mechanical yard outside the hall.
Into the Hall
The same crew moves seamlessly from exterior mechanical work to the floor inside.
Racks & Structured Cabling
Install techs position racks and run structured cabling along overhead trays — labeled, tested, documented.
Particle-Free Commissioning
Certified cleaning crews clear dust and static risk before the hall goes live.
Commissioned & Online
Every trade signs off. Racks light up, and the hall runs clean, cool, and unattended.
The hands behind the elevation.
Every trade in the model above is a real job we staff every week. Here's what it actually looks like on-site.

General Labor
Footings, conduit, and groundwork before the shell goes up.

Licensed Plumbers
Chilled-water risers, valve sets, and leak-tested joints.

Cable & Rack Techs
Structured cabling run, labeled, and tested to spec.

Cleaning Crews
Static-safe, particle-free commissioning before go-live.
What We Deploy
Four trades. One dispatch line.
Every crew we send has worked inside a live data hall before — they know the badge protocol, the static rules, and the cost of getting it wrong.
Mechanical & Plumbing
Chilled-water loops, CRAC/CRAH tie-ins, condensate, gas lines, and emergency leak response from licensed journeymen plumbers.

Built for uptime, not headcount.
How Dispatch Works
From call to commissioned.
You submit the work order
Tell us the trade, the site, and the access requirements. Badging, escorts, NDAs — we plan around them.
SAME-DAY RESPONSEWe vet and match the crew
Every tech is background-checked, trade-certified, and matched to your facility's specific protocols.
WITHIN 4 HOURSCrew arrives on-site
Tools, PPE, and static-safe gear ready. No ramp-up, no learning curve — they've worked a hall before.
24–48 HOURSWork is signed off
Documented, photographed, and closed out against your spec — with a direct line back to us if anything's off.
ON COMPLETIONCompany / Est. 2012
Trades built for rooms that can't go down.
Davisel exists because general staffing agencies keep sending crews who've never set foot in a live data hall. We only do critical-environment trades.
What We Hold Crews To
Four standards, no exceptions.
Precision
Torque specs, labeling standards, and leak tests aren't optional steps — they're the job.
Accountability
Every job closes with photos, documentation, and a name attached to the work.
Speed
Crews dispatched in 24–48 hours, because downtime doesn't wait for a callback.
Safety
OSHA-certified, static-safe, badge-compliant — on every job, every time.
Join the Crew
We hire the trades other staffing shops can't.
If you're a licensed plumber, mechanical laborer, cable tech, or critical-environment cleaner who wants steady, well-paid dispatch work, we want to hear from you.
Dispatch pay, not shift pay
Paid for the job, with premiums for overnight and emergency callouts.
Gear provided
PPE, static-safe tools, and badge processing handled before you show up.
Real training
Data-hall protocols, not just a safety video — shadowed shifts with a lead tech.
Steady dispatch
Nationwide client list means work doesn't dry up between big projects.
Open Roles
Four trades, always hiring.
Journeyman Plumber
Licensed plumber for chilled-water loops, risers, and emergency leak response in live data halls.
Mechanical Laborer
General labor for foundation work, rack-and-stack, and containment builds.
Cable & Rack Installer
Structured cabling, cable tray runs, and rack fit-out to client spec.
Critical Environment Cleaning Technician
ISO-rated cleaning crews for particle control and static-safe commissioning.

Answers, Fast
Common questions from facility teams.
If you don't see your question here, the work order form gets you a real answer in hours, not days.
How fast can a crew actually get on-site?
Most crews are on-site within 24–48 hours of an approved work order. Emergency mechanical callouts — active leaks, failed loops — are typically dispatched same-day.
Are your techs actually background-checked?
Yes — every technician on our roster passes a background check before their first dispatch, and re-checks run on a rolling basis. We can provide documentation for your compliance file.
Do your plumbers carry the right licenses?
All plumbing work is performed by licensed journeymen, and we carry general liability and workers' comp coverage that we'll send over before day one.
What areas do you cover?
We dispatch nationwide. Response time depends on how close a vetted crew already is to your site — ask your dispatcher for the exact window when you submit a work order.
Can you handle emergency callouts, not just planned work?
That's most of what we do. Our dispatch line runs 24/7 specifically for active leaks, failed cooling loops, and other can't-wait mechanical issues.
Is there a minimum engagement length?
No. We staff single-day callouts and multi-month build-outs the same way — vetted crew, clear rate, documented close-out.
What safety certifications do your crews hold?
OSHA-10/30 as a baseline, with ISO 14644 particle-control training for cleaning crews and static-safe handling training across every trade we send into a live hall.
How does billing work?
You get a rate before the crew is dispatched — no surprise call-out fees. Invoicing is net-30 by default, with other terms available for ongoing accounts.
Can we request the same crew for repeat work?
Yes, and most facility managers do. Note it on the work order and we'll prioritize matching the same techs to your site when they're available.
Request a Crew
Need hands on-site by Monday?
Submit a work order and we'll come back with a vetted crew, a rate, and an arrival window — usually inside four hours.
